frequently asked questions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please pay promptly with cash or New Jersey personal check on the first day of class, or mail to Aubergines etc, 30, Robert Road, Princeton, NJ 08540.

For cooking  dinner parties, and birthday parties, confirmation and $150 deposit must be received 3 days in advance.  No reimbursement for cancellations after 3 days.  Please pay balance on day of party.

Sorry, no reimbursement or credit for missed classes.  Make-ups will be scheduled for the whole class following cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather conditions, accidents and emergencies).  If rescheduling is impossible, students will earn a credit towards a future class.

If a scheduled session of classes is cancelled due to low enrollment, enrolled students will be reimbursed in full or have their checks returned.

Although every precaution is taken to use equipment properly, Aubergines, etc. cautions its students to take care while handling knives, sharp objects, and hot utensils, and cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by student inattention.  Common sense should prevail in these matters, and students are trusted to handle equipment with due care and attention.

Aubergines, etc. has a comprehensive insurance policy covering personal and property damage due to fire and accident.  For more information, contact us at auberginesetc@gmail.com.

Gift Certificates and New Jersey Fundraisers
