Know somebody who needs a little TLC?  Have a crazy work schedule coming up, or visitors threatening to descend?  Aubergines, Etc. will cook in your home, fill your fridge, or your freezer with gourmet meals for 6 that can be cooked from frozen or thawed overnight in the fridge and re-heated.  Re-heating instructions provided.  All you need add is fresh vegetables, a salad, and a starch of your choice.  Add a dessert and you have the makings of a complete meal.

Prices start at $60 for an entrée for 6 people (e.g. Coq au Vin, Lamb Curry, Lasagna, Beef Goulash, Chicken Kiev, Pork Medallions in a shallot, mushroom and wine reduction)

Desserts: Fruit Pies, Chocolate Torte, Crumble, Gourmet French and Italian Cookies, Tiramisu.  Starting price: $15 for cookies.
